  o A “Master Plan” has been adopted by the City to revitalize the downtown area, bring new development into the area, and move Fountain Inn forward
  o Three over 70 year old City Council seats were taken over by three 40 and under Council Members

  o Most churches are well established and it’s hard to feel welcome for a lost person or new believer
  o More and more young singles and couples are staying nearby for college and moving back to Fountain Inn to settle down
